Saturation and hue adjustment levels, actually, but they give you a very similar effect. ;-) It's from a tutorial for PSP I found here a while back and have been loving.

It's actually the exact same effect as is on the John Adams icons just below it, but with the colours amped up quite a bit.

That picture just begged to have something fun and wacky done to it.
